OUR EXPERIENCE AND MISSION
Juan Carlos Fajardo (JC) is currently the owner of JCF Attorney, LLC. He has a passion to stand up for those in need of immigration assistance regardless of race, nationality or sexual orientation. JC has experience assisting clients with immigration petitions, student visas, waivers, asylums, bond requests and removal defenses.
Since 1997, when JC started his legal career at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, his priority has been to assist individuals and their families with humanity, trustworthiness, and dedication. In addition, through his acquired knowledge and experience from working at an immigration law office in New Jersey, as a paralegal, and then as an attorney, JC developed a strong knowledge of working with clients in cases of immigration, family and criminal law.
At Queensborough Community College (QCC) in New York city, JC worked as an immigration paralegal and then the Director of the Center for Immigration for over seven years where he assisted people from the community with their immigration issues, as well as, international students with their F-1 Visas. He served as the coordinator of the Student and Exchange Visitor Information Service (SEVIS) from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) – Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), for QCC while serving as a Designated School Official (DSO). Moreover, he developed strong knowledge of working with people of all backgrounds from all over the world for over ten years at QCC–and now he brings all of this experience to JCF Attorney, LLC.
